My Story

My journey with yoga has been a journey of discovering balance, strength, and inner peace. What began as a connection with yoga gradually became a deeper passion for wellness and helping other women experience the positive impact of this practice. Today, I create a welcoming space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and make their wellbeing a priority.

My Yoga Journey

Yoga has taught me that true wellness goes beyond physical flexibility or strength. My journey has been shaped by learning, practice, and a deeper understanding of the connection between the body, breath, and mind. My academic journey at Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya further strengthened my understanding of yoga and its traditional foundations, helping me develop a thoughtful and mindful approach to teaching.

My Approach

Every woman has a different body, lifestyle, comfort level, and wellness journey. My classes focus on personalised guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. I encourage students to practice at their own pace, understand their bodies, work with their abilities, and gradually build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe yoga should feel safe, supportive, and accessible—not competitive or intimidating. My goal is to create a non-judgmental environment where every woman feels comfortable being herself. Through mindful movement, breathing, and awareness, I encourage my students to develop a healthier relationship with both their body and mind.

What Yoga Means to Me

For me, yoga is much more than a physical practice. It is a way of creating harmony between the body, mind, and breath. Yoga has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to myself, and finding calm even in a busy life. It is a journey of self-awareness, patience, and inner balance—and one that continues to grow with every practice.
